Michael leads the 16-strong employment law group. He advises employers and Directors and Senior Managers on all aspects of employment law, whether contentious or non-contentious.

Michael is an experienced advocate undertaking cases before the Employment and Employment Appeal Tribunals, and the County and High Courts.

He has long-established connections in the IT and telecoms sectors, where he acts for many household names. Michael is also an accredited mediator and regularly hosts and presents employment law update seminars and training sessions.

He is a member of the Employment Law Association, the European Employment Lawyers’ Association and the Industrial Law Society.
