David is a partner with the Boyes Turner employment law group. He joined the firm in the spring of 2000 and has experience in both non-contentious and contentious areas of employment law.

He is an experienced Employment Tribunal advocate and has considerable and recent experience of Trades Union related issues, TUPE and restrictive covenants.

Is main leisure interests lie in all forms of sport, an area in which he also has particular legal interest.

David is a member of the Employment Lawyers’ Association and the Thames Valley Commercial Lawyers Association.
