Barry is a partner in the Boyes Turner employment law group and specialises in all areas of the employment law discipline. His work is mainly for employer clients on both contentious and non-contentious issues.

Barry has particular experience of working in the professional services, engineering and motor trade and leisure sectors. He provides advice on a broad range of issues, including drafting terms and conditions of employment and staff handbooks, termination of employment, redundancies, TUPE, discrimination (sex, race and disability) and the introduction of new legislation and its impact on the workplace culture of companies.

He is also an experienced advocate.

Barry is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. He is also a regular speaker at seminars on topical employment issues.
