Mock Employment Tribunal - 29th February 2008
Do you know what to expect when called to a tribunal?
Join us at Madejski Stadium, Reading for a Mock Employment Tribunal and find out!Friday 29th February 2008
This is an invaluable opportunity to discover what takes place behind the doors of an employment tribunal.
With employment legislation in the UK increasing every year, it is not uncommon for employers to be asked to attend a tribunal to resolve issues with staff.
Many senior managers do not realise that they could be called to attend and certainly do not know what to expect when they get there.
By attending this event and listening to our Employment Law Group lawyers, who are all experienced tribunal advocates, you will gain an in-depth understanding of the process and procedures that you will encounter.
To ensure the Mock Tribunal is as realistic as possible, the role of Chairman of the Tribunal will be filled by a very eminent member of the bar and part-time Chairman of Employment Tribunals. Staff from Masterclass and Boyes Turner will fill the roles of lay members of the tribunal, as well as advocates and witnesses.
“REG DALEY –V- HAIR TODAY.
Drawing on the real life experiences of clients (anonymously to protect the innocent) over the last 6-9 month period, the mock tribunal will be based on multi-claims of unfair dismissal, disability and age discrimination as well as wages deductions.
