Running a Mock Tribunal is the best way to show HR professionals and, even more importantly, their management colleagues just what happens in an employment tribunal hearing.

With an experienced Tribunal Chairman and eminent employment QC chairing the event – we create the staged tribunal. Solicitors from Boyes Turner play the “employer” and the “employee” representatives, complete withal witness statements and bundles. The panel of Chairman and two lay people consider the proceedings. The outcome is not pre-judged to make it even more real.

Throughout the day Michael Farrier, Senior Partner at Boyes Turner explains the proceedings, guiding the audience in what is happening and, more importantly, how this could all have been avoided.
