The HR Forum is a specialist human resources community hosted by Masterclass and Boyes Turner (www.masterclass.co.uk www.boyesturner.com )

It was set up to provide HR professionals in the Thames Valley with access to the latest updates in employment law and recruitment and training services. From its early days – when just 10 HR managers met to share experience, knowledge and ideas – it has grown to a thriving community with over 100 people attending events.

The HR Forum hosts events every 3 – 4 months at which members can discuss changes in legislation, latest case law and what’s coming down the line as well as hear from a range of speakers and presenters on subjects such as competency frameworks, leadership programmes and delivering high value HR services.

One of its greatest benefits is that it gives HR professionals the opportunity to network with other specialists – sharing ideas, discussing mutual issues and problems and creating a community that can support best practice.

We are delighted that in addition to providing this community with a face to face networking opportunity we are now able to provide a virtual, web based community, too.
